Carolina is AMAZING. If you haven’t had her massage you probably never had a PROPER massage. She is perfect. I am a student and I told her how I sit around all day with bad posture and she tailored the massage to my needs. She made sure all the knots in my back, neck, shoulders, and even feet were GONE!
Carolina is a godsend! I've been going to Carolina at least once a month for 4 years and I am so grateful I found her! Though I used to live around the corner, I now drive over an hour to see her because she's simply that good.
Best deep tissue massage I ever had by Carolina. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She got my knots out my shoulder and back. You must book in advance as she don’t accept walk ins. Place is very nicely decorated and rooms are spacious. She also uses organic and natural products for the massage oils.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
