From the reviews
I have been treated by all types of therapists: physical, stretched practitioners, acupuncture, chiropractor, internal tense units, massage, Paradise is by far the most knowledgeable, caring, efficient and with a family( which i like ) atmosphere!! They can advise you on sooo many ways of staying healthy.
First let me start off by saying the cleanliness and ambiance was great! As soon I walked in the aroma was relaxing! Now, my massage from Michael was wonderful, when I say I was slithering out the door. I mean that! I did a 80 min massage this past weekend and it was amazing.
This by far is the absolute best place to get a massage as well as other services for wellness!! Great owner and staff that catered to all of my needs. Neat, clean and the relaxing aroma as soon as you walk in is Paradise.
Absolutely amazing! The vibe is amazing, and very pretty rooms. I believe I had Victoria, she was the absolute sweetest. This was my first time getting a massage, Im a teen girl and going in at first I was nervous because of the idea of getting undressed, but she was very respectful, and mindful to sensitive spots.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
