We recently were in Panama City and drove the this spa near Destin. Absolutely precious owner. I had my first experience with cupping. Fantastic. If you are visiting the area, or live in the area you need to check them out. More than expected.
Jason was great! I walked in at 7:30 PM & was able to get a 90 minute massage! Full body & foot massage. Very therapeutic & relaxing. Quiet & calm music playing. I even had the option to watch TV while getting a foot massage. They are open everyday from 9AM - 9PM. I will be back! Thank you!
Great place! Clean and nice and you can watch tv while getting a foot massage. The massage it self was amazing, just the right amount of pressure, I felt so good after the session. Planning to com back one more time before I leave for home.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
