A true hidden gem in Great Bend. Super quick to respond to my messages, found an appointment time that worked with my schedule quickly and provided a great service. The body sculpting is relaxing and Danielle was super great to work with. It is very easy to walk in, text, call or book online. Give them a try.
I got a massage here and will definitely be back! The girls were so helpful and kind. They host different events so make sure to follow their Facebook page. Got my nose pierced awhile back from an event they hosted!
Amazing!! Not only are the girls knowledgeable, and actually talk to you to find out exactly what the problem areas are. And man did my back feel better afterwards. I highly recommend
utilized massage therapy to successfully manage back pain 10/10!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
