From the reviews

Rosa is the best! The office is clean. Acupuncture was not painful. She makes sure you're comfortable and is very concerned about your issues and really does want you to be well. It has helped me a great deal with breathing issues after having COVID in 2019 and has been very helpful for migraines.

In Deci had to go to the emergency for debilitating pain in my back.I had CRT done .My lumbar 1-5 were twisted and bulging. I am 82 and surgery was not advised in March a started physical therapy, no progress. Sitting, reaching created great pain.

Rosa is amazing! She is knowledgeable about so many different aspects. She listens to everything you tell her and then proceeds with the best course of action. She is currently completing her Doctorate in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture (DACM). Highly recommend her and her staff.

Dr. Rosa Panos has been a caring and exceptional practitioner for me during my surgeries and subsequent chemo treatments. If you are considering acupuncture, Dr. Rosa is the right choice!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
