I got the cupping, hot stones, and deep tissue massage by Linda. This was by far the BEST massage experience I’ve ever had!!! She really took her time, very attentive and considerate. Nice place, clean, on time. 10 out of 10!!!! Will definitely be revisiting!!!!
Don’t under estimate this hidden gem!! Theola-my masseuse was AMAZING. She is incredibly thorough, intuitive, and professional. Her touch was gentle yet powerful!! she delivered deep tissue work exactly where I needed it and worked out all the knots and tension in my back without ever feeling overwhelming.
I was came across this spa on TikTok I wanted to give it a try, I must say I definitely recommend. I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end the front desk Receptionist (Melanie ) was very sweet and accommodated all my needs. I highly recommend Theola If you’re looking for any type of massage is the best.
My daughter and I were looking for a massages last minute they were able to get us in right away. Eva and Linda gave us our massages. It was absolutely amazing. Excellent atmosphere. The ambiance was perfect the lighting was perfect. I definitely we will be back here!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
