From the reviews
I started seeing Dr. Wang for carpal tunnel syndrome. I’m a skeptical person, but the improvement in my carpal tunnel symptoms made me a true believer in acupuncture. I’ve now been seeing Dr. Wang on a weekly basis for over half a year and have no intention of stopping.
Dr. Wang is my "go to" for health and wellness. Through acupuncture and cupping and her personal and professional care and concern she addresses my total body issues and has me back on my feet ready to face another day!
Dr. Wang is so professional, kind and knowledgeable. She has helped me so much when it comes to navigating pain with endometriosis. The acupuncture has helped my stress levels, sleep and overall wellness.
I started coming in April 2022 and told myself I would give this a go for at least 14 times to see if there were any results. So far I’m doing really well. I came in with a really bad knee which I have osteoarthritis in. It was swollen and stiff and I was limping for more than a year.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
