From the reviews

Brielle was a dream! First off, she was on time, she was very present with me, and super friendly! It was a whole experience and you can tell that she takes her practice serious and is incredibly thoughtful with every move. She is gentle and strong all at once.

★★★★★ — Abbie, Feb 2024

The newness of Brielle’s career has absolutely no reflection on the quality of her work, coming from someone who has been doing this for 10 years. I felt immediately welcome and safe in her beautiful space.

★★★★★ — Lauren, Feb 2024

If you’re in need of a massage please book with her! She is amazing. I felt super recharged and relaxed after my session. Best massage therapist I have ever been to. Not painful at all but yet super effective in achieving less muscle tension. You can tell she has invested in her business with small details.

★★★★★ — Raven, Mar 2024

I love this place! Worth every penny. The studio is very clean and Brielle has thought of every detail. She is very professional and really knows the human body. She has helped me work through some very stiff muscles. I continue to go, not just as a luxury, but because I need her expertise.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
