From the reviews

Working with Jessica has been such a wonderful experience. I’d had acupuncture before but never felt much. It seemed mechanical, like the practitioner was just placing needles. With Jessica, it’s completely different. She genuinely cares, listens, and takes her time to get to know you.

Jessica is such a talented practitioner! I felt her presence and her sincere care. Her attention to detail was much appreciated. We did several appointments with acupuncture and accompanied by suggested herbal supplements.

★★★★★ — Rachael, Mar 2026

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jessica Watson for almost a year now for hormone imbalance, nervous system regulation, and digestive issues. The support has been so transformative.

★★★★★ — Anjani, Oct 2025

Jessica was incredible! As someone with a needle phobia, I was a little nervous, but Jessica made sure I was comfortable and kept me in the loop the entire time. I’m so glad I pushed through my initial phobia and experienced this, I had a wonderful experience and learned so much about how our bodies are connected.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
