From the reviews

I have been seeing Kelly for about 8 years now and absolutely love her and all my experiences with her. She is highly intuitive and creates a safe space for me to completely relax and open up so that I can receive her magic hands that help me to melt away the daily stress of life.

★★★★★ — Melissa, Jan 2026

Kelly is truly exceptional at what she does. I’ve had the great fortune of having her work on me several times and I’m always amazed by how much better I feel a fêter a session with her. The mix of modalities (massage, cupping, cranial sacral, etc.

★★★★★ — Peggy, Jan 2026

Ive been going to Kelly at Rocky Mountain and bodywork for 5 years! She is that good! I've had neck problems from previous car accidents, and she took away the pain. I especially like deep tissue and cupping is the best. She has a lot of experience, and I'm super picky about service providers.

★★★★★ — Joey, Jun 2026

Kelly is such a great Bodyworker. Her cupping helped release deep tension, the massage is both relaxing and therapeutic, and the cranial work brought a surprising sense of calm and balance. I always feel lighter, more aligned, and noticeably more relaxed—both physically and mentally.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
