From the reviews

I had a great session with Raul for myofascial release. Nice and clean facility, and a very pleasant, knowledgeable practitioner.

★★★★★ — Julia, Jun 2026

This was my first deep tissue massage so I really didn't know what to expect. Raul was very professional and thorough, at the same time being gentle and caring about how I felt. The premises are spotless and the location is great. I recommend him for this therapy.

★★★★★ — Lori, Feb 2026

I had an excellent experience with Raul as my physical therapist. From the very first session, he demonstrated an incredible level of professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for his patients.

★★★★★ — Maryanne, Mar 2026

Raul is built like a tank yet has the touch of a healer. At first, his approach had me worried it might turn into one of those light, generic Swedish massages, but once I asked for firmer pressure, he absolutely delivered.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
