From the reviews
After extensive back surgery I have been a patient for almost 8 months. In that time I have gone from barely walking to moving almost normally again. I cannot imagine now going anywhere else for therapy. Amy, Nick, and Kat make you feel comfortable right away.
Amy, Nick, Kat, and Butter are all a joy to be around. Very personable, warm, and friendly. If you have any muscular ailment or are recovering from a surgery, this is your go-to PT facility!! Amy and Nick are genuinely concerned about your pains, and have the knowledge to positively effect your recovery.
Revolution Therapy is awesome. I have tendinous. When I first started going I could not lift my arm due to the pain. Now I can lift my arm with minimal pain. I definitely recommend Revolution Physical Therapy. In the future if I need therapy I will go back to Revolution.
REVOLUTION PHYSICAL THERAPY IS AMAZING! Best staff and care in the area. They are a small locally owned clinic and truly care about their patients. They take the time to actually do manual therapy instead of just sticking you on a bike with exercises like other clinics in the area.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
