From the reviews

I recently had my first ever experience with lymphatic drainage massage with Connie, and I am hooked! I've now been to see her three times in the last 6 weeks. It’s such a different experience from your typical massage. So relaxing and soothing, and I feel so much better in the days following.

I had a massage session yesterday with Connie and it was such a great experience. She was very professional, attentive, and really understood where I needed the most work. I left feeling refreshed and much lighter. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a quality massage!

Best lymphatic drainage massage I have had. I came in due to inflammation as well as bloating and I see such a big improvement this morning after our first session. She is very aware of health and pays attention to detail. I will be returning for sure. Thank you!

Best massage therapist around! Connie has a wonderful personality, listens to your needs and wants. Is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! I would never go to another person. Thank you Connie for being you and being the best at what you do!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
