From the reviews
I’m a 57 yr old female, who had total hip replacement January 15, 2026. Today is April 21, 2026 and I am beyond blessed to say that my recovery has been amazing!
I signed up with Brian 2 weeks after surgery on my torn achilies. From the moment I walked into Revive I was welcomed by their experienced team and loved the atmosphere and cleanliness of their facility.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Erika at Revive Physiotherapy for pelvic floor therapy and honestly, it’s been such a great experience. The whole practice has such a warm, supportive vibe; the therapists really complement each other and you can tell everyone there is genuinely rooting for your progress.
I can’t recommend Erika enough! After my C-section, she played such a huge role in helping me regain my strength and confidence through pelvic floor rehabilitation. She is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and truly knows how to tailor treatment to your needs.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
