From the reviews

My first time there and first time for a therapeutic massage. The environment is clean and welcoming, Meghan took her time answering all my questions. Also, checking on my comfort level as I elected to add the qhueng tool but that was painful one leg so she switched to cupping that leg and what difference.

★★★★★ — Deb, Mar 2026

Megan was amazing. From start to finish, she was professional with exceptional knowledge in her field. She was friendly and asked questions to help make my massage as effective as possible. I hurt my back working out and she was considerate the entire time, making sure I was comfortable.

★★★★★ — Danielle, Mar 2025

Megan was wonderful! As a chronic pain patient I have had probably a hundred massages in my life. Never has anyone else found the spots she found on my first visit. Spots that had you asked I would’ve told you were perfectly fine because they’re not the ones “screaming” at me all the time I guess.

★★★★★ — Cindy, May 2026

This space is open and inviting, warm like I'm about to have coffee with a friend. Very clean and smell nice. Megan did a great job getting deep into my muscles that needed all that TLC.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
