Casey is an absolutely incredible massage therapist. Her deep tissue work is excellent, and she also can do things like cupping, fascia blasting, and more depending on your body and what you need. Her ability to get knots out of my shoulders is pretty much the best thing ever.
I'm a 70 year old orchestral conductor, and I have had at least 50 different massage therapists all over the world. I can say without hesitation that CASEY is #1. She in very intuitive, always using the right amount of pressure at exactly the right spot. I never have to say a word.

I have been seeing Casey for massage therapy for more than a year. Casey is skilled in her ability to offer consistent pressure throughout the duration of the massage. She can find the knots and work them loose, and she helped to work the tightness in various places.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
