From the reviews

I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Cameron. He listened to my history & understood what my issue was. After a careful & detailed evaluation he did a massage on the problem areas to loosen it up along with cupping. Once my muscles were more relaxed he demonstrated exercises to help improve my mobility.

What a great and refreshing experience to have worked with Chris. This has been my best PT experience ever. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, attentive and kind.

I was experiencing pretty bad neck pain for a significant amount of time and when I felt it wouldn't heal on its own, I made an appointment with Chris. Chris made me feel very comfortable. There was an evaluation and then he provided manual therapy and cupping. He also showed me some exercises that I could do at home.

My wrist hurt for 3 months from a tennis injury. I thought resting it would do the trick but it never got any better. I had sharp pain from doing simple tasks like putting a tote bag over my shoulder. Dr.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
