Very clean and neat facility. Everyone here is very friendly and scheduling has been super flexible and easy! This is our 3rd week seeing Katie for pediatric pelvic floor PT. My son is 5 and she does an amazing job with him, explaining everything he needs to do in a way that is fun and engaging.
Renue Pediatric Occupational and Speech Therapy has been a wonderful experience. The front desk staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming, making each visit a pleasure. The therapists are patient, helpful, and truly dedicated to their clients’ progress.
My therapist Alicia is terrific! She listens and pinpoints the action/reaction of the nerve/muscle issues I've been having. After 2 visits with her I already noticed a big difference in my mobility. I have been going for a few weeks now and I appreciate her precision and patience.
The physical therapy I receive is wonderful. The only problem I have is that I was prescribed an 8week program. I was able to do the first three weeks and then they had no openings for the next two weeks. Now I have appointments for the next three’s. We’ll see hiw the last two weeks go.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
