From the reviews

Very friendly and helpful! Good relaxing massage, but also did some great deep tissue on my difficult spots. Definitely recommend!

★★★★★ — Emily, Aug 2019

I haven't been to Stacey in awhile. Just found her on the web, she moved. But I can't wait to go back. Absolutely the best massage I have ever had. She identifies my trouble spots and leaves me feeling renewed. It's not just a catchy name.

★★★★★ — Michelle, May 2024

As a new client I was thoroughly impressed with Stacey. She's professional and excellent at her job! She took the time to ask questions and get to know me and my needs before the session. I have been getting massages for several years and this was definitely one of the best I've ever received.

★★★★★ — Sara, Sep 2019

The best massage I've ever gotten. Perfect amount of pressure. Would highly highly recommend to anyone looking for a great massage and relaxing environment.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
