Why Release Bodywork is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “d my own practice of fascia focused therapy in the local community. Fast forward, three years and I have personalized my practice thru the use of instrumental assisted soft tissue tools, hands-on release techniques, and cupping with each…” source →

From the reviews
I have been dealing with pain in my knee due to repetitive dislocations for the last decade. After one session of cupping, the inflammation around my knee was significantly reduced and I haven’t had pain In a few weeks.
I have been suffering from a failed back surgery that I had over a year ago. I have been living in chronic pain and feeling hopeless and helpless. I don’t just have pain from the failure of my surgery, but it has affected all of my muscles, my skeletal system and some of my nerves.
Caitie has truly MAGIC 🪄 hands 😍 She was very thorough with understanding with what my body’s needs are and how to go about healing them. She had a very good grasp on the human body and how it functions with my day-to-day activities. After my sessions with her my pain was extensively decreased.
Caitie, is absolutely amazing! She gets to work quickly, and found troubled areas I didn’t know existed. I had shoulder surgery about 15 yrs ago and was experiencing a lot of pain and mobility issues from it. I’m pretty sure I re-tore it at some point in the last few years.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
