From the reviews
I had an incredible cupping session today, and I feel amazing. The process was relaxing, and the practitioner explained everything so well, making me feel completely at ease. The warmth and gentle suction of the cups helped release so much tension, and I could feel the stress melting away.
Received wet cupping a few days ago due to severe back and neck pain. Cuts are healing great and I already feel refreshed and notice a huge difference in my aches. Belinda was extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Cuts healed well and will definitely be a returning customer!
Belinda is amazing! I recieved dry cupping last week and I’ve never felt better! I am an athlete and I’ve tried a lot of things, this is hands down best treatment for sore muscles.
Highly recommend coming here! Belinda is very knowledgeable in cupping and answered any questions I had. An amazing experience!
Booking hijama (wet cupping) at Rejuvenate Cupping & Wellness
Rejuvenate Cupping & Wellness comes up as a provider that offers hijama — wet cupping, where the skin is lightly punctured after suction so a small amount of blood is drawn. If you're booking hijama specifically, a few things are worth asking before you go. First, sterility is everything — a reputable practitioner uses a fresh, single-use kit (new blades and cups) for every client and follows clean, gloved technique. It's completely fair to ask how they handle this. Second, many people booking hijama want a same-gender practitioner — ask whether that can be arranged. Third, ask about aftercare and whether they observe particular days if that matters to you.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
