From the reviews
…I’ve done just a massage and cupping and both were very well explained to me as she worked and definitely felt a lot better afterwards. Casey knows exactly what she’s doing and your body will thank you for it!
…The second session we ended up trying out cupping, which I had never done before and oh my goodness! I don’t know how I never did it before! It relieved SO MUCH pain I was having all over my body. I looked crazy for a couple days but the pain was gone for nearly 2 weeks which is insane!
…We started with deep tissue massage, then combined percussion and deep tissue massage and now to percussion, deep tissue and cupping. She really cares and concentrates on making you better. Thanks again Casey for helping my muscles feel better!
Casey is an amazing person to work with! She took time to work on 12 Of my team members after a grueling workout. She took time to educate while performing recovery cupping and percussion therapy. Will be a return customer and I can not explain how valuable she has been to our company! Thank you Casey!!!!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
