From the reviews

I have nothing but good things to say about Rebound. The team is great and very involved with the individual's results. They have professional input and can help you understand what's going on with your situation. I had questions concerning my abilities and the group helped me understand my situation.

I love Rebound! The staff is very good very knowledgeable, and helpful. We always have a good time. Michael Mertzer is amazing so it is Baily and even the staff that just helps out with getting your heating pads or the college students who come to do their in house Study at Rebound, everyone is excellent.

I had a great experience at Rebound Rehabilitation after my knee replacement revision. What stood out most was how they tailored everything to me. They incorporated things like pressure wave therapy and an electric knee glide to improve range of motion.

★★★★★ — Emily, May 2026

I suffered a very painful back injury recently and was fortunate enough to go to Rebound Rehabilitation for physical therapy and was assigned to Mr. Joe Webb. He’s knowledgeable, kind and caring. He reviewed my medical records and helped me work thru the appropriate exercises.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
