From the reviews

Wow, where do I begin. Well how about from day one. My insurance company demanded that I go to at least one therapy session prior to having total knee replacement. I was very pressed for time as I was going to be traveling to Chicago for the procedure.

I have so many excellent things to say about Rebound! The receptionists are always pleasant and take the extra time to work with your schedule for setting appointments. They always make sure you arrive and leave with a smile.

★★★★★ — Julia, May 2024

I went to PT to have work on my hip. I had the best experience with my PT Adam. He was funny and very professional. He was great to work with and he had me working on some exercises to get my hip to feeling better. After I completed my PT I went onto having a cardio workout plan with Michael D.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for years and years … dealing with a series of injuries. Physical Therapy at this clinic is very professional, very friendly, and extremely well implemented.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
