I love going her for my therapy. I have done therapy in the past’s but none compare to them. They treat everyone like family and the staff is just amazing. I never been so excited to do physical therapy until I went here. I always walk out fill a little better and a little less painful.
My name is benjamin Leiva I've been coming to therapy for a month and a 1/2 in a car accident. And I'm starting to feel a lot better. When you come here to their therapy session. They do excellent work. You get a good relief of a lot of pressure and pain. And you go home feeling awesome and great.
I've seen many physical therapists over the years and I usually don't have a lot of hope in them due to past experiences BUT... Rafa is different. They really care about your recovery.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
