From the reviews
I had been dealing with persistent headaches, dizziness, and neck pain. After several sessions of cupping and acupuncture, all of those symptoms completely disappeared. I now feel more awake, alert, and energized than I have in a long time. I’m incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Justin.
If you're looking to treat any type of pain, this is the place to go. The cup & acupuncture therapy are very relaxing and worked for me. Parking is free, so go see Justin & Deborah. You'll be in good hands.
Raah Acupuncture is the best! I found Dr. Justin Chung after 2 years+ of struggling with tiredness and lack of concentration + other issues. My regular doctor was completely unhelpful. I went to a different alternative doctor and it helped a bit, but then created other issues.
Truthfully, I've always hated acupuncture as I believed it was an outdated form of medicine. But my recent accouter with Justin changed my mind. I had chronic back pain and I visited multiple orthopedist without any luck. For my last option, I decided to give oriental medicine a shot.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
