From the reviews

I’ve been stretched with assistance for 2 years from a different place and let me shout this from the rooftop; R3 is FARRRRR SUPERIOR than anything I have experienced previously!!! They don’t JUST offer superb stretching, they allow you to sit in a massage chair, prior to your stretch for 15 minutes.

I've had a fantastic experience here the last couple months. The massage and compression chairs are amazing but the specialist time is exceptional. Kemp did a wonderful job evaluating my needs and making it all comfortable the first time. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

★★★★★ — Laura, Jun 2024

I am amazed at how well she was able to pinpoint the problem with my ankles (it's my calves, not the ankles) and give me the stretching I needed. I've been having issues for almost 2 years and finally found what I believe will get me back to running again.

If you are stiff or have pain, maybe not as limber as you used to be, suffer from leg cramps-I highly recommend going in for a session and see how you feel. Bailey was so knowledgeable and stretched my legs very expertly. Felt so good after the appointment booked another one Monday before I head back to South Dakota!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
