From the reviews

I had a terrific experience with Alice, she did a combination of 30 minutes Foot Reflexology and 60 minutes massage. I have never had reflexology done before and WOW it is effective! I could feel the energy moving in my feet!

Booked a couples massage with Lilly and Cindy. The atmosphere was so calming and inviting. The massage was simply amazing. The were both highly experienced massage therapists that knew exactly what to do to relieve our tired and fatigued bodies.

If Kerrville has a best kept secret, it’s QY Reflexology. I booked the 90-minute foot reflexology and back combo and it was hands down the best experience I’ve had in town. I’ve tried just about every reflexology place here, and no one else comes close to their consistency, pressure, and attention to detail.

Got the 4-hand massage. Great decision. The two women who worked on me were very professional and hit every spot that had been bugging me for months, including my feet, which constantly cramp. I left there feeling like jello. They didn't rush.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
