From the reviews

Emily at Push is AMAZING! She can definitely apply enough pressure to get to all my knots and areas that are super tight and work it all out without it hurting at all! I love a deep tissue massage when they can get deep enough. Very worth it!

★★★★★ — Brooke, Nov 2023

I was surprised and excited to find trauma-informed massage offered in Casper. I’m a trauma therapist with a trauma history, and couldn’t be happier with my experience with Sara Pryde. She took plenty of time at the start to understand my needs and created a space in which I was comfortable expressing them.

★★★★★ — Carisa, Jul 2025

I couldn’t believe how much better I felt... Emily’s massages are the best. She helped me relieve some serious knots in my calve muscles, leaving me feeling SO much better.

★★★★★ — Andrew, Oct 2019

Wow! What a peaceful and healing place! I had to make a last minute appointment due to an injury and Sarah was exactly what I needed. I could tell she loves her practice and does it in such a beautiful way!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
