From the reviews
Queene is a healer. This was my first time doing physical therapy and I feel embarrassed that I haven't done it after all these years. This review is a note to all of you to try it out. I learned more about my body in one session than anything I've learned from YouTube videos or AI in the past decade.
When I found out about a facility that offers a gym, physical therapy, massages, cupping, and so much more, I was sold! This has honestly been one of the best fitness facilities I’ve visited. You can tell how much thought, care, and energy went into creating it.
Queene is a truly gifted therapist. Her calm nature, genuine ability to treat the client with the utmost respect and talented care are just a few of her attributes.
I have been working with Ariana once a week for about 5 months now to address gaps left over from my second ACL surgery. I had been doing physical therapy through my insurance for 1.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
