What clients say about the cupping here
“They have been very encouraging the past two months, challenging me with exercises to assist me in regaining my strength (firing up muscles that I have not used in nearly 18 months) and mobility.”
“Working closely with him is Sab Rahman, whose warmth, encouragement, and expertise in guiding me through Tyler’s prescribed PT exercises have made all the difference in my recovery after each injury.”
“Alice tracked my progress closely, adjusted the exercises as I improved, and always explained the “why” behind each step, which made me feel fully involved in my healing.”
“Together, they’ve created a relaxed, fun vibe at this location where their fun banter makes PT something I look forward to—not something I dread.”
“Life-Changing Recovery with Alice at Proclinix – Pleasantville After a serious car accident that led to leg surgery, I was overwhelmed and unsure about what recovery would look like.”

From the reviews
Tyler has been nothing short of incredible. Coming from a very active lifestyle, I put off surgery longer than I should have, which led to significant inflammation and made the recovery process even more challenging.
I went to Proclinix in Pleasantville for PT post ACL surgery. I highly recommend Proclinix and their staff for anyone looking for a PT clinic. Alice, Tyler, Sue, and Sab are knowledgeable and personable. They are the best!
Sussan is absolutely, positively, ultimately amazing!! She’s thoughtful, considerate and intuitively aware of where needs the most attention. She’s massaged away my neck pain, knee pain, shoulder and lower back pain, feet and hand pain!!! I’m now a renewed teenager once again!!
There’s something very special about receiving PT care at ProClinix Pleasantville. As a three-time patient (knee injury, lateral epicondylitis, and most recently a frozen shoulder), I deeply appreciate Dr. Tyler Fallon’s deep knowledge and thoughtful treatment plans.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
