From the reviews

Nathan has been my chiropractor for years now! I first started going when I was in a car accident, he then saw me through my second and now third pregnancy. He even saw my son for a pooping issue which ever since he was adjusted has resolved. Great staff, 10/10 recommend.

I had never been adjusted until I started working with Corey at Pro Spine and Sport. I have to say it's made a huge difference in my self care. Corey is efficient and effective, and he clearly has a passion for helping people.

★★★★★ — Samantha, Feb 2020

My whole family gets massage and chiropractic adjustments each month. Best money spent for our health and well being. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We always feel so good after our appts. The massage therapists are very good and the docs really individualize each visit to our needs.

★★★★★ — Amy, Feb 2023

I have seen 15 or so chiropractors and Dr Kahm is by far the best. He is not just on auto pilot and doesn’t only rely on his last notes. He asks how I am doing every visit and what is bothering me and adjusts me accordingly. He is very professional. The office is always very clean and the staff is friendly.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
