From the reviews
Dr. Kelly has done an amazing job helping me recover from both forearm and shoulder injuries. She quickly and accurately diagnosed each injury and created customized training plans that were instrumental in my recovery.
I can’t recommend Dr. Kelly enough! Her approach is truly holistic—she doesn’t just focus on the problem area but treats the whole person. I came to her with mobility issues, and her expert guidance and personalized care made a huge difference in my progress.
In 2023, I was referred to Dr. Kelly Wild for persistent elbow pain that was affecting my performance. Her expertise in diagnosing and treating sports injuries is truly remarkable. She utilized a combination of dry needling, cupping, Graston, and physical therapy exercises to effectively eliminate my elbow pain.
I went to see Kelly after my Doctor told me that they can help me with pain control using prescription medication rather than fix the issue. After 1 session I knew I had made the right choice. Kelly found the issue that was causing pain and addressed it immediately.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
