Very nice people. 2 of us went. I had deep massage and it was good. Number two wanted light to medium, and actually got bruised on their back from too much pressure.
We booked two days before arriving to Honolulu after a very long, and hard week-the front desk staff was so helpful! We got a couples massage and were able to upgrade to 90 mins! So sweet and thoughtful were both our therapists and adapted to our needs very well. Highly recommend!!
Amazing massage! Lily was my masseur. She correctly identified all my tight muscles and pain points and worked at them with excellent pressure. Great prices too. Highly recommend!
What a wonderful spa. The staff is amazing. A really nice, clean, relaxing space. And you can’t beat the prices. An absolute gem. So glad we found this place. We were in Honolulu for about 2.5 weeks, and we went to Prana spa no fewer than 4 times. A super easy walk from the hotels on Waikiki beach.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
