From the reviews

Compassionate, knowledgeable, and encouraging every step of the way. I've been working with Heather on back and neck issues. Between the appointments with Heather, and manageable homework for the days in between appointments, I've been returning to life activities that beforehand I just couldn't do.

★★★★★ — Nicole, Jul 2025

Over the course of decades I have been worked on by many Physical Therapists. I can honestly place Ryan from Platinum PT in Rehoboth as one of my top two Physical Therapists of all time.

★★★★★ — Dan, Mar 2026

What a great team @ Personal Best in Rehoboth!! Dianne and Stacey in the front office are pleasant and genuinely helpful people. I can't say enough great things about the care I received from Anna & Ryan.

★★★★★ — Lisa, Sep 2025

When you walk thru the door you are greeted with smiles, when it's time to work the amount of knowledge, abilities to adapt and patience that the PT's have is nothing short of extraordinary. They all truly excel in their field. Justine and Ryan, I can't say thank you enough for all you've done for me.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
