From the reviews
So thankful I get to stay connected to the ladies in their new spot! It's such a cozy and private space with professionals who definitely bring me PEACE after long days 💚🪽! Thank you guys for continuing to bless us with your passions.
I've been seeing Tyra for over a year now and she is phenomenal. Caring to your needs, super friendly and makes you feel relaxed. 100% would recommend anyone who is in need of a great massage or those who just need a really good pick me up when you're just stressed out.
Been working with Tyra for about 3 years she helps keep me moving with my autoimmune issues. I've followed her from two different spas. So happy they were able to move to this new spot and offer same great service.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
