From the reviews

Susan knows her stuff & is very willing to answer all questions. I had deep tissue with cupping & can honestly say it was the best massage I've ever had hands down. My husband made an appointment after I told him about my experience. Highly, highly, highly recommend!!!!

★★★★★ — Ronele, Feb 2024

Susan has an amazing, healing touch and spirit! From the moment I met her, I felt completely at ease. Her warm, caring and positive energy makes my day every time I come for a massage. As a person, she has a lighthearted way of connecting with you that’s really special.

★★★★★ — Sue, Apr 2025

Sue is the best! I was referred to her after an injury, and have been seeing her monthly since then. I leave feeling brand new every time. She takes the time to ask questions about how my body feels before each session so that she can focus on problem areas, and then before I know it, I’m asleep on the massage table.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
