Pinnacle Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine are amazing!! I have only been a patient of theirs for 2 weeks and I already feel so comfortable with the whole staff. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a friendly smile and hello. It is unlike any PT office I have experienced before.
Today was the last day of my physical therapy at Pinnacle with Shane, Jada, Elle and Cindy who have all had a part in helping me feel so much better than I did 3 1/2 months ago when I began therapy for my shoulder for a torn rotator cuff, severe osteoarthritis and osteoporosis pain.
I had a full knee replacement about 21 months ago. I was recovering just great but about 4 months ago, something happened and I was experiencing all new pain in this replaced knee. I went to my Ortho Dr and they recommended PT.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
