Dr. Thao is a very sweet gentleman who deeply cares and believes that you will get better and gives me hope. The facility is always clean and they do a lot of different therapies that help one get better.
Very grateful for Dr Nguyen and his team. I was in town for a work trip and found myself in so much pain (neck, shoulder). He was flexible and made an appointment happen. The time and care he took to ensure I was feeling better was incredible.
Dr. Nguyen and staff are all so sweet and caring. They make the environment feel super comfortable. My anxiety has gotten so much better it’s basically gone now. I have low back pain and hip pain and I have really seen a difference in my recovery from the sessions I have done with them.
Dr. Nguyen is thorough with his treatment. He also has good bedside hospitality, and has good results. He has helped me with upper back tension, and now he’s realigned my spine after I took a tumble, and it’s already feeling better. Would recommend!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
