I just moved to Orlando and was very nervous with not finding an excellent acupuncturist. Dr. Thao blew my mind away. His techniques are on point and he spends a lot of time with you. I've been to places where the doctor spends as little time as possible then moves on to the next patient but not here. Dr.
Dr. Thao is a very sweet gentleman who deeply cares and believes that you will get better and gives me hope. The facility is always clean and they do a lot of different therapies that help one get better.
I think that Dr. Thao does a very good job taking care of customers, he is very caring and dedicated to patients. All he wants is for you to be healthy so he wants you to commit to him that you will come and NOT BE LATE. * And I also know he's very busy with his schedule, so he wants you to let him know when to meet.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
