From the reviews
When I see a business with a large number of Google reviews, my first thought is that they must be proactively building their rating. So, I want to first mention that my review is completely unsolicited. I have been in treatment at PhysioFit for eight months and I have never been asked to leave a review.
Michael is wonderful! He really knows what he’s doing! He starts with loosening up the muscles with massage and dry needling. He tried cupping but I didn’t tolerate it well. He has given me exercises that target the muscles in my neck and shoulders.
I cannot say enough great things about Physiofit. I had a knee replacement in December 2024 and started physical therapy 2 days after my surgery. Chris and his team worked with me and by March 2025 I was back doing what I love to do, playing pickleball. They challenged me at every visit and I am so glad they did.
I can’t say enough good things about PhysioFit Physical Therapy and Dr. Chris O'Connor and Holden Stephens. When I started physical therapy for a meniscus tear in my knee, I was barely able to walk without pain and honestly wasn’t sure I’d ever run again without surgery. From the first appointment, Dr.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
