From the reviews

First experience was absolutely liberating; Dale was very patient and explained the process, the symptoms. He is very knowledgeable with outstanding bedside manners. Although he indicated I would feel better with each passing day after my first treatment, I feel completely peaceful. Thank you Dale!

★★★★★ — C, Nov 2020

Dale is a phenomenal acupuncturist. He is educated and experienced in Eastern, as well as Western medicine. He does a stellar job at marrying the two philosophies and providing a concise diagnosis and treatment. I have been going to see Dale for several years.

★★★★★ — Arturo, Mar 2019

Experienced my first acupuncture treatment today, Dale is great, super knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to you, doesn’t give you that feeling of ughh another question, which is great being as though it’s my first treatment and I had a lot of questions lol.

★★★★★ — Lauren, Mar 2020

Dale is awesome! Knowledgeable & excellent bedside mannerisms. Very affordable (which was my fear)After speaking to him just once, I was completely confident in him! Relaxed, & the atmosphere is so calming. I’ve seen him for my tennis elbow, & after 2 treatments, it feels back to 100%.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
