From the reviews

I did a group sound healing with Kaitlyn, and it was my first time doing something like that. It was very relaxing, and I would definitely do it again! My boyfriend has also done two massages with her, once with cupping and once with CBD. Both were amazing.

I recently visited Peacefully Rooted and had the privilege of receiving a postpartum abdominal massage and a closing of the bones ceremony with Kaitlyn. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of transformative. The massage was not just soothing, but deeply healing—easily one of the best I’ve ever had.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Peacefully Rooted. The massage itself was incredible—just the right balance of relaxation and targeted relief. Tony was skilled, attentive, and clearly passionate about his work.

★★★★★ — Shelly, Dec 2024

Peacefully Rooted always feels like an oasis walking in and is clean and serene. Have had a few absolutely incredible massages with Kaitlyn. Her touch is perfect for me — she knows exactly where to focus and stays in each area just the right amount of time (especially when working through tough knots).

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
