From the reviews
I’ve been coming to Peaceful Body Spa for years, and it’s been amazing to see how much they continue to grow and evolve. The new treatments and products they’re offering are incredible, and it’s clear they keep bringing in the latest techniques and stay current with what really works.
Not enough words to describe Peaceful Body! The name says it all! Everyone is incredible and it all starts at the top! Owner operated and you can feel and see the difference. Every staff member I’ve encountered is above and beyond professional and polite. The place is immaculate! Front desk pristine!
I had a 50-minute pregnancy massage with Cheryl and had such a wonderful experience. The facility itself is beautiful, peaceful, very clean, and clearly well cared for, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Cheryl was excellent — very attentive, kind, and considerate throughout the entire session.
My husband and I received the best massages of our lives at Peaceful Body. Faith and Carmela were absolutely amazing. I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and after Carmela worked on me, I felt incredible relief. The difference was noticeable immediately, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
