I’m in my 2nd trimester of pregnancy and this was my first prenatal massage with Andrea. Wow! She had the whole set up. Pillows for every neck, belly, and leg position. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire massage.
Excellent massage, and by far the best I've experienced in the area. Andrea customizes the experience to your needs. I live with chronic pain and sensitivities, and Andrea is skillful and intuitive with her approach. I highly recommend her, especially for those with chronic or complex issues.

I travel/drive a lot for work. While in Atascadero, I reached out to POM through its website late at night when I arrived to my hotel for an appointment the following day. Andrea promptly responded in the morning, I booked a 90 min. massage for that afternoon. It was by far one of the best massages I’ve ever received.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
