From the reviews
Michele is the absolute best massage therapist I have ever found; she is a natural healer. My right hip and left shoulder had gone out and I was in such pain I could barely walk. I ended up on pain medication and depressed. I saw a couple chiropractors up here in Payson with no relief.
Amazing massage. She did cupping, hot stones and head-to-toe! She does it all! Was a great conversation the whole time. Read my energy very well. As I had questions, she had answers. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. What a great massage!
I really enjoy Michelle's deep massage therapy sessions. She knows intuitively how to help me even without my telling her. She will have done cupping when my shoulder was bad plus other healing procedures. Michelle is the best deep massage therapist I have ever had.
I had a 90 min massage (with cupping) yesterday, and Michelle is absolutely amazing! From the tip of your head to your pinky toe…she gets it. I’m so glad that I found her and will be back very soon!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
