They listen to when you start your therapy,they ask you what you want.So after you talk you both will pick out your best therapy for you. Because they want what's the best way to get you back to where you was but much better.
I’ve been doing physical therapy since mid November 2020. The staff are extremely wonderful people to work with. With that being said I want to give a Huge shout out to Danyelle Alexander and Benessa Francis, they’re the hands, eyes and ears in our (the patients lives).
Most compassionate and caring staff I've ever met. The reception girls are so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable with insurance questions. The therapist are awesome. Very laid back and friendly. I didn't think it would do me any good but once I got started, my back and neck pain has been relieved.
Ozark Therapy has the best therapy team in Southeast Missouri! Their team is filled with hard workers that will leave an impact in your your life that is long lasting! 10/10 overall! Will always recommend!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
