What clients say about the cupping here
“When my youngest, a competitive gymnast, endured three months of back pain and relied on Advil just to get through practice, we knew it was time for a change.”
“Brad is extensively knowledgeable about the mechanics of the body, knowing when to push you past your limits and when to keep you reserved in order to make greater progress in the long run.”
“What stands out most is how well he explains everything, breaks down each movement, and makes sure you understand not just what you’re doing, but why it matters.”
“After coming to Outlast for 4 short months, I blew all of my ACL testing out of the water, coming back as an even better athlete than I was before the injury.”
“Brad was professional and welcoming, and truly cared about my recovery.”
From the reviews
I cannot say enough great things about Outlast Sports Rehabilitation. From the moment we started working with them, it was clear that this is not a typical physical therapy experience. The level of care, attention to detail, and one-on-one focus is outstanding. Dr.
Dr. Brad was referred to us by one of our cheer moms on the team who used him for her cheerleader. My daughter rolled her ankle, had an elbow impingement and wrists that were weak and hurting. Dr. Brad was able to rehab and strengthen my daughter’s cheer injuries during our time with him.
We worked with Dr. Brad Earnest at Outlast Sports Rehabilitation for the past 4-5 months after my son’s knee surgery last May for an OCD lesion. Our orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Pombo, recommended Dr.Brad when my son was ready for the “back to sport” stage of rehab. Dr.
The days felt so long, but the months went by so fast. Before I came to Outlast and worked with Dr. Brad, I was stuck at quiet, soft PT clinics that babied me along after I tore my ACL. I was making little progress, when an ACL injury needs extensive rehab to get you back to where you before the injury.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
