From the reviews
Ray helped to fix my back!! I had pretty sharp lower back pain for about 4 days from muscle spasms, and I was looking for relief. An hour massage with Ray, which also included cupping, got me to about 85% recovery! I am so grateful. I'll definitely be back.
My experience at Orthomed Massage was outstanding. Marisol did a great job, she is very talented and knowledgeable; gave me great tips for better performance. I do triathlons and I could feel huge improvement in my muscles mobility and all my muscle soreness is gone.
I had a fantastic massage! I got a certificate gift card for my birthday and just went in for a full body massage. I forgot bringing my certificate card and they helped find it on their system in the computer, that was nice that I did not have to reschedule for another time.
I had an amazing massage experience with Jessica. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and completely at ease. Her professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding, and she clearly knows exactly how to work out tension and stress from the body.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
