From the reviews

With 20+ years of massage client experience and with multiple health afflictions, my FIRST of many visits with Misty Monroe was amazing!!! Not only did it help my body but helped my mind to slow down and appreciate the things I can do. She is beyond well qualified and is truly a "therapist".

I had my 1st massage at the Omnia Spa in Fort Payne, AL. It was so incredible. Misty was very informative and helpful in doing my massage. I have already booked another one for next month. this is going to be my treat for myself each month. Everyone needs to give Omnia Therapeutic Massage a try. You will not regret it.

One of the best massages I've ever had! I especially appreciated the attention to my head, hands and feet. They just don't get the attention that they need. Massages should be medically necessary!

I have peripheral neuropathy in my legs and feet so I hurt 24/7. My mom was the only person who could rub my legs and feet to get them to stop hurting even just for a short time…but the massage I had today was phenomenal!!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
