From the reviews
I’ve been going to Ommango Wellness, and it has become a key part of my healing and self-care routine. I receive acupuncture with Dr. Gina, and her work has helped me tremendously with the physical symptoms of stress, nervous system regulation, and overall balance.
This place is truly special—Gina and Rose take such great care of you, really investing in your care and health as a whole. Gina is so thorough with her acupuncture, taking her time to give you what you need even if it means going beyond your allotted appointment time.
AMAZING! I’ve had acupuncture, massages and reiki all over the world and this is one of my favorite places because they understand the importance of healing. Dr Gina Pierre Lac is an incredible acupuncturist as I’m very sensitive to needles. She is deeply invested in their customers overall well being.
I had such a wonderful experience here! The space truly feels holistic and peaceful. From the moment you walk in, you feel calm, cared for, and almost as if you’re arriving at a home rather than a clinic. The environment is warm, grounding, and thoughtfully created to help you relax.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
